Wonderful stay in a beautiful Riad

The staff were helpful. The breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit. The location is very central (I found several really good restaurants nearby). Our room was nice and clean. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The hot water in the shower had good water pressure. I appreciated this after a long day of exploring the area. I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff were really nice. They ensured my comfort and satisfaction. The fresh breakfast was delicious (especially the variety of options).

The pool was more like a fountain. It's not really suitable for swimming.

delicious breakfast convenient location

The staff provided excellent service. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast, delicious and included a wide variety of fresh options. The location is very close to shopping areas. The beautiful design reflects both history and style.

varied breakfast air conditioning secure luggage

Breakfast included varied options. Bottled water was available upon request without issue. The room had air conditioning and was cleaned daily. The staff held our luggage securely after check-out as our flight was later. It was a short walk to the main square from THE riad.

The floor throughout riad looked a little dirty. I suppose they were never washed.

helpful staff fresh juice cozy area small room stiff towel missing hand towel

the staff was friendly and helpful. i appreciated their assistance with arranging taxis. the breakfast included moroccan items, eggs cooked to order, and fresh orange juice (it was quite a treat!). the rooftop offered several cozy areas for relaxation.

the room i booked was smaller compared to the photos online. i found the furniture needed dusting and a thorough cleaning. the towels felt rather stiff and were greying. there was no hand towel in the ground floor restroom even after i requested it.
